low-back pain—the deep core and the pelvic floor. - Stretches and Strengthens you within your ideal alignment.
- Micro-adjusts your posture to eliminate low-back pain.
- Goes even deeper to heal the emotional root causes that contribute to low-back issues.

- Two private diagnostic sessions—Together, we pinpoint and monitor the causes of pain and tailor-focus your solution.
- Four Body-Pain group coaching sessions (one per month)—Get direct feedback and guidance in a supportive group setting.
- Four Body-Memory group coaching sessions (one per month)—"Our issues are in our tissues.” And addressing the emotional root helps liberate the cycle of pain in the body.
